Integrity
Victory was established in1994 and has been a trusted veterinary service provider in Hong Kong for 30 years. With Dr Owen as the lead surgeon and Dr Ryan, lead diagnostician, VAH will aim to supersede all levels of accountability, transparency and trustworthiness previously attained. We will do this through engaged discussions with clients, covering cost estimates, potential treatments, and honouring them as best we can whist delivering the best quality service to the client and patient.
VAH will always strive for what is best for the client and patient as we understand that the patient is a member of the family, and for the betterment of all we must share that perspective to make the best decisions.
VAH has been a pillar of the veterinary community and will continue
to build on this through inter-practice referrals and open clear
